Fantastic Location: The hotel is situated in the vibrant Manly district, surrounded by trendy cafés, restaurants, and shops. It's a prime spot to explore the area and soak up the holiday vibe.
Rude Service: The staff at the hotel was unpleasant and unhelpful.

Friendly staff
Cramped room under the stairs. Misleading photos on website for the room we got. Not good value for money, better off spending extra for other accommodation.

Location
They lied about the facilities on their website. They said it had air con and opening windows and it had neither.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to leave my bags before check-in, which was a huge convenience for me. The room had a unique vintage charm and was very clean. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to everything. It was just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, making it ideal for enjoying the surf carnival.
Nothing, all excellent.

The motel was a complete dump. Our room smelled very bad and it was small, poky and had obviously not had a scrap of work done to it since it was built in the 70's. It was described as a suite! It was a room that only just had room for the bed. They squashed in a small table with 2 chairs but that doesn't make it a suite. It was the smallest hotel/motel room I have ever been in.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic, just a short walk away! The hotel receptionist was friendly and gave great tips on where to park to avoid getting booked by parking rangers. There were free parking spaces available, although limited. Close to the town center, we were able to walk to the corso in just about 15 minutes.
The room we booked for 4 people was incredibly tiny, we could barely move around. The pictures online were misleading, showing the best room available instead of the actual room we got.

Sea view
Coackroaches, leaking toilet, broken cooker, damaged chair, cracked window directly above the bath, 'fusty' smell in the bedrooms, sheets not clean, entrance staircase and landing filfy, doublebed left on the landing outside the room apart from that a brilliant view!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Manly beach and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being tucked away in an alleyway, the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to combat the heat. the friendly staff is always ready to assist with any requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers extended parking options , although finding a spot can be challenging due to limited availability.
The parking situation can be quite difficult, as finding a spot near the hotel is often a challenge.

I have sent you an email on my concerns. I'm very dissapointed and will be seeing my lawyer due to false advertising and service. I have also contacted the Manly Daily as I'm well respected in the community. I am from Newcastle and will be writing to the Newcastle Herald also if this is not resolved as I think we should be going to court.

That they were able to leave a key outside for after hours check in
No what the pictures depicted as. The room was described as one double and two singles and we got one double, one single, and a double sofa bed on crappy springs.

I chose this hotel for my business trip in Sydney, and it offered great value for the price. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was budget-friendly but comfortable, providing a peaceful and pleasant stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The only drawback was the limited business facilities available. As a businessman, I would have appreciated having a dedicated workspace or business center in the hotel for me to work efficiently and comfortably.

It had a vacancy when all other hotels were booked out
We were downgraded to a spa room after booking on line. . But did not pay lesser price . . Normally we would notice things like that but we were so desperate to have any accommodation as all in Manly was booked out
